Terms of use
These terms apply between you and [YOUR NAME OR COMPANY] (“we”) when you use PulseFrag. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
The service
PulseFrag analyses your own Counter-Strike 2, League of Legends and VALORANT matches together with health and habit data you choose to share, and shows patterns and an expected form score. Patterns are statistical associations in your data, not proof of cause, and may be wrong.
Not medical advice
PulseFrag is not a medical device. Nothing in the app is medical, nutritional or psychological advice. Talk to a professional before changing caffeine, sleep or exercise habits for health reasons. Caffeine limits shown in the app are general estimates.
PulseFrag Pro
Seller. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy Pro, you buy it from Paddle under Paddle's buyer terms; these terms cover the service itself.
Price. Pro costs €2.99 a month or €24.99 a year. Prices include VAT; Paddle may show the price in your local currency and with your country's VAT rate before you pay.
Renewal and cancelling. Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year and is charged to the payment method you used, until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Profile > Manage subscription; Pro then stays on until the end of the period you paid for. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change, and you can cancel before it applies.
Switching plans. You can switch between the monthly and yearly plan in Profile. The new plan starts right away: moving to yearly charges the difference for the rest of the current period, minus what you already paid, and moving to monthly credits the unused part to your next payments. The amounts are shown on Paddle's receipt.
Refunds and your right of withdrawal. You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment, including renewals, without giving a reason: cancel in Profile and email [email protected], or contact Paddle through your receipt. This is at least as generous as the 14-day right of withdrawal consumers in the EU have. See the refund policy.
What Pro includes. The features listed on the plan card and at pulsefrag.com at the time you buy. The free plan stays free. If we ever remove a Pro feature you paid for, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part of the period.
AI coach
The coach note and the coach chat are written by an AI model from your own data. They can be wrong or incomplete, are for general information only, and are not medical, nutritional or psychological advice. The chat has a daily question limit (3 a day on the free plan, 20 on Pro), and the AI features may rest for the rest of a day if the service reaches its daily capacity; we may change the limits or the AI features.
Your account
You must be at least 16. Keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for the data you enter. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Third parties
PulseFrag is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve, Counter-Strike or FACEIT. Match data is retrieved from FACEIT's public Data API and the Riot Games API and may be incomplete or delayed.
PulseFrag isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
The form score compares each match only with your own earlier matches in the same game. It is not a skill rating or rank and is never compared between players.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, or interfere with its operation.
Availability and changes
We may change or discontinue features. We will try to give notice of significant changes in the app.
Liability
PulseFrag is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on the app, including in-game results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
